-At Salvia, in the Aristi Mountain Resort chef Yiannis Kioroglou uses his international experience and wealth of culinary knowledge to take a fresh approach to the region's traditional ingredients and dishes such us the classic lamb with potatoes combo, savoury loukoumades (fried doughnuts) with local sausage and a roastedred pepper coulis.


In our restaurant Salvia, emphasis is laid on local products, which form the basis of all our recipes, joining tradition with innovation to create dishes and flavors that excite the senses.The name of the restaurant is taken from an indigenous herb of the Zagori area, Salvia, which is known for its medicinal and aromatic properties.

We offer you traditional Epirotic recipes made with care and love, using the famous products of the area. Selected wines from the local vineyards and other spirits accompany the food to enhance the experience.

Enjoy organic vegetables and fruits, such as the typical Epirus "galotiri" , the fresh greens of the region, or selected meats from free-range animals, wild boar of the Zagori mountains, and also delicious trouts from the rivers, all combined with knowledge and passion, to offer you an unforgettable culinary experience. Don't forget to taste the famous handmade Zagori "pita".

Aristi Mountain Resort and Villas  serves fresh produce grown in our own organic garden.The Resort has its own organic garden on the outskirts of Aristi Village where we grow many of the fruits and vegetables served at the hotel’s restaurant Salvia.We also breed hens and chickens that are naturally feed, which gives a unique taste to our chef`s delicacies .



During the summer you can sit in the stone-built yard to enjoy the cool breeze and the green surroundings, whereas in the winter, sit back and relax in the spacious lobby in front of the fireplace. In any case you can enjoy your drinks, cocktails, snacks, coffees or beverages with an exquisite view of the surrounding mountains.
